When will my order be ready? 

Once we receive your order, we do a little dance of joy and start prepping, mixing and measuring in our kitchen.

To ensure that you have the best possible experience, we bake all our products on order and need at least 24 hours notice to prepare your order! 

If an order is place by 12 pm on a given day, it will be ready by 12 pm the following day. If an order is placed after 12 pm on a given day, we will try our best to accommodate the requested date. However, if we are already at full capacity, we automatically postpone your delivery to the following date. 

How do I place an urgent order for the next day? 

In case you need an urgent delivery for the next day, do give us a call or whatsapp us to check availability.

How do I place an advance order for a specific date?

You can schedule an advance order for a specific day by mentioning the date during checkout.  

Do you have an option for home delivery? 

Yes! We are happy to assist you with home delivery in Jaipur. At the time of checkout please fill out the delivery address, and your phone number. We will connect with you over a call to schedule the delivery. 

Is home delivery chargeable? 

Yes, there will be an additional charge for home delivery that can be paid via an online payment link that we will send to you separately once your order is confirmed. 

Who will deliver my order? 

We usually book deliveries via a 3rd party application. Once your order is on its way we will share the delivery persons number with you for coordination. 

I have certain dietary restriction and/or allergies. Can you custom make an item to accommodate the same? 

We mention the ingredients used in each product on the product page to make it easier for you to choose an item that suits you. Reach out to us over a call or WhatsApp if you have a specific request and we would be happy to help you! 

I am looking for something that's not on the menu. Would you make an item on request? 

Yes, yes, yes! Being a micro bakery gives us the freedom to experiment and take requests. If you are looking for an item that you have seen on our Instagram feed, or a custom flavour or modification, or just something off the menu, reach out to us on our social profiles, WhatsApp, or Email. We are always happy to get creating! 

How do I cancel my order? 

In case you need to cancel your order, please write to us at khaobiscoot@gmail.com. As all of our items are made to order, we will be able to cancel your order only if we haven't started preparations for your order. 

Can I reschedule my order? 

Yes, please write to us at khaobiscoot@gmail.com with your order details. If we haven't started preparing your order, we will help you reschedule your order.

What is your refund policy? 

Refunds are issued against approved cancellations only. A typical refund may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account. .
